1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter "T&C") define the terms and conditions of use of the AutoRush.be website (hereinafter "the Site"), published by AutoRush, as well as the rights and obligations of users.

2. Acceptance of terms

Using the Site implies full acceptance of these T&C. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Site.

3. Services offered

AutoRush.be is a platform connecting sellers and buyers of motor vehicles in Belgium. The Site allows:
  • Publishing vehicle sale listings
  • Searching and browsing listings
  • Connecting sellers and potential buyers
  • Managing a personal space (dashboard)

4. Registration and account

Using certain features of the Site requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5. Publications and responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for the content of their listings. AutoRush.be cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of information in listings, the condition of vehicles, or transactions between sellers and buyers.

6. Plans and pricing

AutoRush.be offers different subscription plans (Free, Pro, Pro+). Pricing and limits for each plan are available on the Site. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

7. Personal data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only local storage necessary for the site's operation is used. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, design) are the exclusive property of AutoRush.be or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

9. Changes to terms

AutoRush.be reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Liège shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
